Description
The State of West Virginia, through the Department of Administration Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids for the maintenance and support of application server software used for agency scanner equipment. The solicitation covers software maintenance for ApplicationXtender server products, including user licenses, concurrent user licenses, Pegasus Scanfix, Captiva QuickScan Pro, and an update enabler. The contract is structured as an Agency Master Agreement with a base term and optional renewal periods. Vendors must submit pricing for a base year and up to four optional renewal years. The solicitation also includes provisions for same-day on-site or remote access software support by certified technicians on an estimated hourly basis.
