Description
The West Virginia Office of Technology intends to enter into a direct award contract with Rocket Software for CompareX and StarTool software. This includes a 12-month renewal of CompareX zOS maintenance for 832 MIPS, with a term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The justification is that Rocket Software is the sole source vendor for this mainframe software, and no other vendor can replace the existing source without detrimental effect.
