Description
The West Virginia State Auditor's Office (WVSAO) is seeking to continue maintenance and support services for two Xerox Nuvera 144 MICR printers used for check printing in their data center. The services include quarterly maintenance and support for two units (UA0001146 and UA0001126) at $4,905.42 and $5,317.74 per quarter respectively, plus estimated monthly excess print charges of $326.91 and $292.24. The total estimated annual cost is $48,322.44. The printers were originally purchased from Xerox Corp in 2015 for $312,950 and are programmed via mainframe for specific printing templates used by WVSAO. The agency intends to make a direct award to Xerox Corp as no other vendor can provide the direct reporting and maintenance compatible with the existing machines.
