Description
The State of West Virginia, through the Department of Administration, General Services Division, is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services, including construction administration, for the interior renovation of Floors 1 through 6 of Building Five on the West Virginia State Capitol Complex. The project scope includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design disciplines, as well as hazardous material abatement. The renovation will be executed in multiple phases within a partially occupied facility, with Floors 7 through 10 remaining occupied during construction. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering complete professional A/E services, including the development of construction bidding documents, cost estimates, and a written assessment report with recommendations for upgrades.
