Description
The West Virginia Department of Health, through the Office of Shared Administration, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design, development, implementation, and operationalization of a Statewide Data Spine as part of the Connected Care Grid initiative. This data infrastructure will integrate, standardize, and enable secure exchange of multi-source data across clinical, claims, community, workforce, and public health systems to support the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The solution must include data ingestion, interoperability, analytics, reporting, and security capabilities, with mandatory compliance with NIST 800.53 Rev 5 Moderate, HITRUST, and other federal standards. The contract includes a base period of 12 months with four optional 12-month renewal periods. The project is funded by CMS with a total award of $199,476,098.72.
