Description
The West Virginia Army National Guard, through the Adjutant General's Office, is soliciting bids for the complete renovation of the HVAC system in Building 1707 at the Coonskin JFHQ campus in Charleston, West Virginia. The project includes removal of existing heating and cooling equipment, boilers, unit heaters, air handlers, condensing units, and associated piping, ductwork, and controls. New work includes installation of three packaged rooftop air-conditioning units (RTUs) with gas heat, variable air volume (VAV) terminal units with electric reheat, electric unit heaters, supply and return ductwork, diffusers, grilles, and a direct digital control (DDC) system. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work per the attached drawings and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the WVArmy National Guard Construction & Facilities Management Office, 1707 Coonskin Drive, Charleston, WV 25311.
