Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for construction project services to perform a full renovation of the men's, women's, and OMS latrines at the Bluefield Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Bluefield, West Virginia. The project involves demolition and removal of existing tiling, partitions, fixtures (lavatories, urinals, water closets), lockers, shower components, and accessories. New installations will include tiling, partitions, ADA-compliant fixtures, lockers, paint, and accessories, all meeting specified water efficiency standards and ADA accessibility guidelines. The scope of work also includes ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, implementing a comprehensive quality control program, and adhering to strict safety and health requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures and a site-specific safety plan. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for the renovation. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
