Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, is soliciting bids for the complete replacement of the HVAC system at the Logan/Mingo Armed Forces Readiness Center located in Holden, West Virginia. The project includes removal of existing equipment and installation of new HVAC systems, including Mitsubishi Electric VRF outdoor and indoor units, Trane rooftop units, dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS), and associated controls, piping, electrical, and gas modifications. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work per the attached specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on June 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the facility. Vendor technical questions are due by July 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST.
