Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT), is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for an on-premises workflow and content management system. The system must enable WVDOT users to process work more efficiently through automated workflows, document management, and integration with existing systems such as DocuSign and ESRI ArcGIS. The contract includes software licenses for various user tiers (Essential, Standard, Premier), concurrent user licenses, APIs, advanced capture, document composition, and cloud hosting services. The vendor must provide proof that their software is listed in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms and demonstrate experience with similar government implementations.
