Description
The City of Brooks is requesting proposals from qualified public accounting firms to provide independent external audit services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, through December 31, 2028. The scope includes audit services associated with the City's fiscal-year reporting, including year-end audits and potentially internal audit services as identified in the procurement classification. The agreement is expected to have a 36-month term beginning February 1, 2027, and may include up to three additional one-year extension options for 2029, 2030, and 2031, exercised individually at the City's discretion.
