The City of Atlanta Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified vendor to collect, transport, characterize, and properly dispose of or recycle used oil and hazardous waste generated at six fleet maintenance shops with underground storage tanks. The scope includes scheduled and emergency pickups. The contractor must maintain complete manifests, chain-of-custody records, and spill documentation for the waste-handling activities.
