Description
The City of Laconia is requesting proposals from qualified equipment rental firms to provide one self-propelled, all-terrain boom lift with a minimum working height of 40 feet; one self-propelled, all-terrain rough-terrain scissor lift with a minimum working height of 40 feet; and one all-terrain telehandler with a minimum lift height of 40 feet. The telehandler must include an OSHA-compliant personnel work platform capable of accommodating at least two people plus pumpkins, along with all attachments necessary for personnel lifting operations. Equipment must be delivered by 7:00 AM on October 23, 2026, rented for one week, and picked up on October 30, 2026, unless otherwise directed by the City. Pricing must include delivery, pickup, transportation, fuel or charging requirements, and all applicable fees. The proposal must include company information, relevant rental experience, available equipment, delivery and pickup capabilities, references, equipment specifications, pricing, and the required bid forms.
