Description
The Barbados Water Authority is seeking quotations for one month of heavy-duty rental equipment services for Pilgrim Road Phase 2. The required equipment consists of one 12–14-ton excavator with operator, bucket, and hammer; one 12–14 m³ dump truck; and one skid steer. Quotations will be evaluated on price, lead time, specifications, payment terms, and current vendor status with the Barbados Water Authority. The submission must include the completed and signed Applicant’s Bid Submission Form and Form of Tender/Form of Quotation, along with the applicable business-registration, tax-clearance, national-insurance, labour-compliance, and good-standing documentation identified in the solicitation. Vendors must also complete the Barbados Water Authority Know Your Supplier form and provide the supporting corporate and financial documents it requires.
