Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to PETNET Solutions INC. DBA Siemens Healthineers for FDA approved Radiopharmaceuticals, specifically FDG and NaF, Amyvid, and Posluma. The contract will have a firm fixed-price structure with a period of performance including a base period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, and one option period from October 1, 2027, to September 30, 2028. The applicable NAICS code is 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,300 employees. This is not a request for competitive proposals, as the government has determined that only one source is reasonably available under FAR 12.102(a). No capability briefings will be honored, and no telephonic inquiries will be addressed.
