Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting bids for crack seal material. This is a supply opportunity for road maintenance services. The solicitation includes a detailed schedule of events. The release date is June 16, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 24, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time. Questions are due by July 1, 2026, with answers provided on July 8, 2026. Bids are due on July 15, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., with bid openings and readings to follow at 2:30 P.M. The City of El Paso will be broadcasting bid openings live. Evaluation is anticipated in August 2026, with an approximate contract award date in September 2026. Bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to the City of El Paso Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Department at 300 N. Campbell, 1st Floor, El Paso, TX 79901-1153. Several mandatory forms are included, such as an Amendment Acknowledgement, Disclosure of Interested Parties (Form 1295), Certification Regarding Boycotting of Energy Companies, Certification Regarding Discrimination Against Firearm & Ammunition Industries, Certification Regarding Terrorist Organizations & Boycotting of Israel, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Indebtedness Affidavit, Non-Collusion and Business Disclosure Affidavit, and a W-9 form.
