This solicitation is for wire harnesses for vehicle components, including hardware, material, and instructions for vehicle uplift. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 332618. The items required are: * Item 00001: CH15V2, 1 Each. This is a high-profile wire harness with a single plug for various hand-held siren controllers, a single cable attachment to a programming module for interior lightbars, and full extension customizable wire harness for all vehicles. It must include front, center, and rear standard wire harnesses, an enclosed fuse box with a timer and labeled circuits, and be compatible with lightbars with a programming module. It must be equivalent to Part # CH15.1.UNICOR.V2. Delivery is due by 07/10/2026. * Item 00002: CH26V1, 359 Each. This is a high-profile wire harness with a dual or single plug for console and hand-held siren controllers, a single data cable attachment to a programming module for interior or exterior lightbars, and a full extension customizable wire harness for all vehicles when mounted to the front partition. The customizable wire harness must reach the after-market console and the front/rear of the vehicle. It must have an enclosed fuse box with labeled circuits and a timer. It must be equivalent to Part # CH26.2.UNICOR.V1. Delivery is due by 07/10/2026. Deliveries will be made to UNICOR Federal Prison Industries La Tuna, 8500 Doniphan Dr., Anthony, TX 79821-9346. Awards will be made on a best-value basis, considering price, technical acceptability, delivery, and past performance.
