Dona Ana County is soliciting proposals for Petitioning Attorney Services for their Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Program. The deadline for submissions is 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Submissions must be made online through the Dona Ana County Purchasing Department's Workday Strategic Sourcing website. Specifications and a list of available Requests for Proposals and Bids can be found on the Financial Services webpage under the Online Bids and Proposals tab at www.donanacounty.org.
