Submission Instructions
Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting bids for light duty aftermarket vehicle parts. The solicitation covers parts for Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge/Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, and other manufacturers as needed. Multiple awards may be made by group to the two lowest responsive and responsible bidders for each group. Bidders are not required to submit pricing for all groups, but failure to do so will be considered non-responsive. Awarded vendors for each group may be used on a rotating basis, subject to availability of parts and ability to meet required delivery timeframes. The estimated annual budget is $1,150,000.00.
