Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting a lump-sum quote to supply and install one 24,000 BTU, 22.7 SEER2, 2-ton mini-split air-conditioning system with integrated heat pump at Building 94, Office 109, and to install three commercial ceiling fans in the fire warehouse. The work includes equipment delivery, indoor and outdoor unit installation, electrical and refrigerant connections, mounting hardware, testing in heating and cooling modes, controls verification, staff orientation, maintenance documentation, and a one-year workmanship warranty. The contractor must perform the work in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, OSHA requirements, and the attached wage determination. The ceiling-fan installation requires a manlift, daily cleanup, and safety controls. Award will be based on the lowest total evaluated price. The solicitation is a competitive Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside, and the offer must include pricing, a completed Section K, and the Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
