Description
The Otero Soil & Water Conservation District is soliciting sealed proposals to establish one or more contracts for watershed maintenance activities in southern New Mexico. The work includes managing woody vegetation and brush such as juniper, saltcedar, and Russian olive; controlling listed noxious weeds; performing concrete work; implementing erosion control; and conducting road work. This is intended to be a multi-contractor project covering all required work. Additional funding may be available to extend contracts awarded to successful offerors.
