Description
Idalia School District RJ3 is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified service providers for E-Rate-eligible Category One Internet access. The required service is a minimum of 1 Gbps download and 100 Mbps upload, with pricing also requested for 2 Gbps and for symmetrical service if offered. The solution must include all equipment, facilities, installation, configuration, licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support necessary for a fully operational service, including a managed router if required. Proposals must include itemized monthly recurring, non-recurring, special construction, installation, configuration, shipping, taxes, fees, warranty, and licensing costs, along with a detailed service-level agreement addressing availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, support hours, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, monitoring tools, and performance reporting. Pricing is requested for 12-, 36-, and 60-month initial terms, with up to two optional one-year renewal periods. The proposal must include the completed pricing worksheet and required bidder and service-provider information, including the vendor's SPIN, terms and conditions, and contact information. SPI invoicing, E-Rate compliance, supply-chain, debarment, FCC Red Light Rule, and conflict-of-interest certifications are encouraged and may affect evaluation. The cost of eligible services is the highest-weighted evaluation factor.
