Description
Warren County School District is seeking a fully managed, dedicated, symmetrical internet access solution delivered over a fiber interface to one district hub location. Vendors must price both 10 Gbps and 25 Gbps options, provide at least 30 usable static public IPv4 addresses, support dual-stack IPv4/IPv6, and allow bandwidth scaling up to 25 Gbps without a new contract. Installation and initial configuration are included, and special construction charges may not be billed upfront; any build-out costs must be absorbed by the provider or allocated over the contract term. The required service includes 99.99% network availability, specified packet-loss, latency, and jitter commitments, 24x7x365 monitoring and support, outage notification within 30 minutes, response within two hours, and restoration within four hours. Proposals must include service and demarcation details, a network diagram, implementation timeline, three comparable customer references, a USAC 498 ID (SPIN), a ready-to-sign service contract, and completed checklist and pricing worksheet. Pricing is required for 36-month and 60-month terms, each with voluntary one-year extensions, and must include all taxes, fees, Universal Service Fees, static-IP charges, and disclosed upgrade, downgrade, disconnect, recurring, and non-recurring costs. The current provider is Shentel (Shenandoah Cable Television, LLC).
