Description
The City of Sacramento Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for the as-needed purchase and delivery of 3M reflective sheeting, films, tapes, raised pavement markers, and connected-road all-weather elements. The pricing schedule includes multiple 3M product series, colors, grades, protective overlays, pre-spacing tapes, pavement markers, and roadway elements; bidders must price every listed item, with quantities provided as estimates and purchases made at the awarded unit prices. The resulting agreement will have a two-year term covering 2026–2027 and 2027–2028, with an amount not to exceed $249,999. Materials must be delivered freight prepaid and allowed. Equivalent items may be offered if the bidder identifies the manufacturer and product number and provides supporting documentation when applicable.
