Description
The White Plains Housing Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for the boiler systems serving Winbrook Apartments. The scope of services must be obtained from the White Plains Housing Authority management office. The contract is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026, for a one-year period, with an option for a second year if accepted by the Housing Authority.
