Description
The City of Stamford is soliciting construction services for food composting machine enclosures at Mill River Park and Scofield Park. The project is funded in whole or in part with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency funds and is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates and Build America, Buy America Act requirements. Unless an approved waiver applies, iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project must be produced in the United States. A 5% bid deposit is required, and attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Proposers must have a Unique Entity ID and register with SAM.gov before the proposal due date or before agreement execution, and must comply with 2 C.F.R. 200.
