Greenwich Public Schools is soliciting fully managed Dedicated Internet Access service for two circuits, one serving Greenwich High School and one serving the District Office. Each circuit must provide at least 2 Gbps symmetrical download and upload bandwidth, with pricing options for bandwidth tiers up to 10 Gbps. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Proposers may offer month-to-month or contracted services; contracted proposals must include 36-month and 60-month pricing, with two optional 12-month extensions. The service must include required transport, dedicated bandwidth with a committed information rate, static public IPv4 addressing supporting the District's existing four /28 blocks, 24x7 monitoring, fault isolation, maintenance, and support for provider-owned equipment. Router or other customer-premises equipment lease options must be priced when required. Proposals must include an SLA addressing availability, latency, packet loss, mean time to repair, and service credits. The completed pricing attachment must be submitted in XLS or XLSX format, and proposals must identify the applicant, Form 470 number, SPIN, service-provider terms and conditions, and all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges. The solicitation also requires SPI discount billing and evaluates eligible and ineligible costs, proposal completeness, technical merit, vendor experience, and support responsiveness.
