Description
The City seeks a vendor to pick up, sort, and clean 101 stored holiday banners and pick up, assemble, and prepare 70 snowflake light fixtures for installation. Phase I includes removing 101 branded banners, installing the holiday banners and lights according to the provided lighting plans, and cleaning and packaging the removed branded banners. Phase II, scheduled for January 2027 on a date to be determined, includes removing the holiday banners and lights, reinstalling the branded banners, and cleaning and packaging the removed holiday decorations. The vendor supplies packaging materials; purchasing the snowflake ornaments is not part of the scope. Bids must not exceed $30,000.
