Description
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking bids for the replacement of 200 failed catch basins and storm inlets throughout its system. The work is intended to improve stormwater control and system reliability while minimizing community disturbance. The project uses federal EPA financial assistance. Contractors must document compliance with the applicable federal executive orders and EPA regulations by demonstrating the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit disadvantaged business enterprises, including state-qualified small businesses and minority- and women-owned businesses, for construction, equipment, services, and supplies.
