Description
The Housing Authority for the City of Madison is soliciting proposals for the installation of a keyless entry lock system at GA193-01 & 02, located in Morgan County, Georgia. This initial project is for the Madison Housing Authority, with plans to extend the system to additional locations in Monroe, Social Circle, Rutledge, Statham, and Loganville after a trial period. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM local time on July 13, 2026, at the main office of the Monroe Housing Authority, located at 808 East Marable Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655. Proposals submitted by mail should be addressed to the Housing Authority at P.O. Box 550, Monroe, Georgia 30655, and clearly marked as BID for keyless entry lock system installation. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the owner's offices. This conference will cover project details, bidding requirements, and allow for site visits. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Contractors must comply with federal equal employment requirements, E-Verify Program guidelines, the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA), Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, and pay Davis-Bacon wage rates.
