Description
This sources sought notice is for market research to identify potential vendors capable of upgrading 163 Siemens Building Automation System (BAS) panels across 90 facilities at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The primary objective is to transition these panels from a static IP configuration to a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configuration to comply with Air Force Client Operations in a Networked Environment (COIN) v3 updates and cybersecurity standards. The scope of work includes auditing and inventorying all existing panels, reconfiguring them for dynamic IP assignment, validating compliance with Air Force cybersecurity standards and COIN v3 requirements, testing to ensure proper communication without disrupting dependent systems, and documenting post-change configurations and network behavior. The work must be performed during the 23 CES HVAC/EMCS duty hours (0645-1645, Mon-Fri) and requires personnel to pass a background check. Vendors must be authorized to work on Siemens equipment to maintain warranty considerations. High-visibility standards apply, emphasizing quality and adherence to schedule.
