Description
This is a sources sought notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs to determine the availability of qualified small business sources capable of providing bearing replacement services for Air Handler Unit S01 (Rooftop Tower) at the Atlanta VA Medical Center in Decatur, GA. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, rigging, and disposal necessary to replace specific SKF and Link-Belt bearings and return the unit to normal service. Potential offerors are invited to submit a capabilities statement (maximum three pages) via email. The statement should include company name and contact information, DUNS number, CAGE code, small business size/certification (including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.), and familiarity with the product. Responses are due by 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, and should be submitted electronically to quentin.deloney2@va.gov.
