Description
The Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority (CCWSA) is soliciting sealed proposals for administrative office furniture. Interested firms must submit their proposals by 2:00 p.m. local time on July 22, 2026. Proposals should be sent to the CCWSA Capital Improvements Department at 110 Railroad Street, Canton, GA 30114, and clearly marked "Administrative Office Furniture" on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. No proposals will be accepted after the deadline. Full proposal documents are available upon request via email to bryan.watkins@cherokeewaterga.gov and will be provided through a hyperlink. Upon award of the contract, the selected firm must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Additionally, an appropriate insurance certificate naming the CCWSA as an additional insured is required. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after the opening date. The CCWSA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, re-advertise, and adjust the contract scope as needed.
