The City of Savannah is soliciting bids for the Evergreen Cemetery expansion project. Respondents must submit their bids electronically through the city's supplier portal by 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Bid opening and reading of respondent names will occur on the same day. Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated, and compliant bids will be opened and read aloud on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Floyd Adams Jr. Complex, 20 Interchange Court (Room 104), Savannah, GA 31415, to address any questions or issues. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
