Description
DeSoto County seeks a financial institution to provide banking services for its operating, grant, payroll, reserve, and lockbox accounts. Services include account concentration and transfers, payroll direct deposit and ACH processing, wire transfers, online banking, positive pay, same-day transaction processing, returned-item notifications, account reconciliation, reporting, and monthly statements. The bank must provide an automatic overnight investment program for collected balances above the County’s $30 million minimum balance and meet the stated public-depository and financial qualification requirements. The proposal must address service capabilities, implementation and conversion, pricing, financial strength, relevant experience, account executives, and client references. Requested supplies include checks, deposit materials, cash envelopes, endorsement stamps, and a remote deposit capture scanner. Optional services include purchasing cards and lockbox services. The agreement is for an initial three-year term, with two possible one-year renewals.
