Description
Hillsborough County seeks a qualified professional consultant to provide construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services during replacement of approximately four miles of 24-inch wastewater force main. The project includes connecting existing county and private force mains to the new system. The consultant will provide on-site construction observation, daily reports, construction administration and compliance monitoring, schedule and pay-application review support, coordination with the progressive design-build team and utilities, and closeout and warranty support. The scope also includes participation in construction progress and coordination meetings and project documentation, including photographs and videos as requested. The solicitation establishes a 10% SBE subcontracting participation goal and offers evaluation bonus points for qualifying SBE participation. The project is expected to reach construction completion in late 2028; that is a project estimate, not a stated start date for the consultant's contract.
