Description
Hillsborough County intends to award Alta Enterprises, LLC a one-year sole-source contract for ongoing and as-needed maintenance and repairs, along with OEM parts, for the County’s Volvo-branded construction equipment. Services are to be performed by factory-trained technicians using proprietary Volvo diagnostic and repair capabilities. The estimated cost is $975,850. The County may extend the period, adjust the scope, and increase the award accordingly. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit clear and convincing information challenging the intended sole-source award through the procurement portal’s submission section by the close date. Challenges will be reviewed to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
