Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one case of Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 antigen self-test kits, with 12 kits per case and two tests per kit, under NSN 6550-01-716-1573. The requested product is for over-the-counter, at-home use and must have a 12-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than one month elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The quotation must meet the specified commercial packaging, medical marking, labeling, inspection, acceptance, and delivery requirements. The solicitation permits alternate offers only when accompanied by complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. Delivery is required within 20 days after order, with an original required delivery date of September 14, 2026.
