Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one package of RapidVet-H canine blood typing test kits, NSN 6550-01-647-9167. The package must contain five tests for classifying dogs as DEA 1.1 positive or negative, with results in approximately two minutes, including test cards sealed in plastic bags, pipettes and stirrers, and a dropper bottle with diluent. The item must be stored at room temperature. The supply must have a 24-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Packaging must comply with the applicable DLA medical packaging requirements, and labels must include the manufacture date, expiration or retest date, and contract or lot number. Alternate offers must include complete technical data describing the exact product and the alternate product. Delivery is required within 20 days after order, FOB destination, to the specified military receiving location.
