Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one in vitro diagnostic kit for qualitative direct immunofluorescence detection of Chlamydia trachomatis in human urogenital and ophthalmic specimens and confirmation in cell culture. Each kit must contain two positive control slides, mounting fluid, Chlamydia test reagent, and instructions for use, with sufficient materials for 50 cell-culture preparations. The item must have a 24-month non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Refrigerated storage between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius is required. The quotation must identify the source and part number offered; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The requirement is for one kit, NSN 6550-01-725-3600, delivered FOB destination within five days after award.
