The Indian Health Service's Lawton Service Unit Laboratory is seeking a contractor for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity blanket purchase agreement to replenish Cepheid GeneXpert molecular diagnostic reagent test cartridges and related consumables. Estimated annual quantities include XPRS4PLEX, GXCT/NG-10, GXTV-10, XPRSTREPA-10, and GXCDIFF/EPI-10 cartridges. Products must support clinical use in accordance with CLIA '88 and FDA regulations. The base period is 12 months from award, with four additional 12-month option periods. The contractor must coordinate deliveries, installation, and training; provide installation instructions, warranty documents, specifications, a designated point of contact, and a toll-free service number answered during specified business hours. Delivery is to Lawton Indian Hospital, and contractor personnel may be subject to visitor-pass and on-site security requirements.
