Description
The Town of Chester is seeking a qualified real estate broker or firm to provide on-call brokerage services for the sale of various town-owned properties. The selected provider will act as the Town's seller's agent, assist with property availability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, market and advertise properties through MLS, develop marketing strategies and pricing recommendations, identify qualified buyers, and support negotiations. The provider will also coordinate with the Town Treasurer, Assessor, Tax Collector, Chief Procurement Officer, and other municipal personnel through final property disposition and closing. Proposers must hold a Massachusetts real estate broker license, have at least five years of real estate brokerage experience, be in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons, provide professional references, and not be a Town of Chester official or employee. The proposal must include a qualifications and experience cover letter and the completed Price Proposal Sheet in Attachment A.
