Description
The City of Quincy is soliciting on-call professional realtor services for the marketing and sale of municipal tax foreclosure and surplus properties, including residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant properties. Qualified firms or individual brokers must be state certified and/or licensed. The selected realtor will assist with establishing fair market values, develop and execute marketing strategies, list properties on MLS and other relevant platforms, host and manage open houses, site visits, and property tours, provide regular marketing and buyer-interest updates, negotiate offers within City-established parameters, and coordinate with the City's legal and other staff to ensure compliance with applicable laws and municipal procedures.
