Description
The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide as-needed corporate catering services for meetings, trainings, interviews, and events. The scope includes breakfast, lunch, desserts, sides, beverages, delivery, setup, service ware, and related labor and service. Vendors may bid on some or all menu categories and must provide pricing schedules for the categories and items they offer. Vendors must identify operating hours, notice requirements, order capacity, staffing availability, dietary accommodations, food-safety qualifications, sustainability practices, community outreach, and relevant experience. Services may be required Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with orders generally issued at least 24 hours in advance and confirmed within two hours. The Authority intends to establish a vendor pool through purchase orders for a two-year term with three optional one-year renewals; selection does not guarantee orders, minimum spending, or exclusivity.
