Description
The City of North Myrtle Beach is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified commercial real estate professionals or firms to provide commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services, with an emphasis on marketing and selling City-owned commercial land and other real property. The scope may include evaluating marketability and highest and best use, recommending pricing and positioning, developing marketing strategies, listing properties, identifying prospective buyers, coordinating showings, evaluating and negotiating offers, and assisting with due diligence and closing activities. Respondents must have at least five years of commercial real estate sales experience in the Grand Strand, a proven record of commercial land sales, all licenses required by South Carolina, and at least three professional references for comparable services. Submissions are limited to 20 pages excluding the cover page and table of contents, and will be evaluated on qualifications, commercial land sales experience, proposed approach, market knowledge, key personnel, public-entity experience, references, and compensation. Required insurance includes workers' compensation, employers' liability, general liability, property damage, automobile liability, umbrella liability, and errors and omissions/professional liability coverage.
