Description
TriMet is soliciting bids for construction services to install fiber-optic cable and hardware for Line 33. The project is subject to federal and Oregon prevailing-wage requirements. Bidders must hold an Oregon Construction Contractors Board license and file a public works bond with the board. A bid security instrument equal to 10% of the total bid price is required with the bid; acceptable forms are TriMet's bid bond, a cashier's or certified check, or an irrevocable letter of credit. Payment and performance bonds, each at 100%, are required before work begins.
