Description
The City of Bend seeks a qualified engineering firm to act as the design engineer and Engineer of Record for improvements at the Outback Water Filtration Facility. The project is intended to strengthen water system resiliency, protect finished water quality, and improve power reliability, implementing near-term improvements identified in the 2026 Outback Facility Plan through a Construction Manager/General Contractor delivery method. The selected firm will coordinate with the City, the owner's representative, the Independent Cost Estimator, and the CM/GC, and provide engineering services during construction. Detailed requirements are referenced in Exhibit A, but that scope document is not included in the provided solicitation package.
