Description
The City seeks a contractor to replace the existing programmable logic controller (PLC) and associated control system for Outback Well No. 3. The work includes extracting the existing PLC program, updating the functional specification in coordination with water operations staff, fabricating and installing a new PLC and housing cabinet, and functionally testing the new system. The specifications identify an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC and require the existing input/output points to remain in place. The work must be coordinated with separate well-improvement work and completed during the low-water-demand season, by April 15, 2027.
