Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works seeks four contractors to provide plumbing services at state facilities. Work may include small repairs, demolition, renovations, new installations, rough-ins, and plumbing supply and waste piping and fixtures. The contracts also provide for 24-hour emergency response services. Contractors must provide the labor, materials, supplies, and equipment needed for the work, and must self-perform at least 20% of each project’s work. Individual projects may be authorized as needed, with project-specific scope and schedules provided at that time. The bid is for a one-year contract with two one-year extensions. A $10,000 bid bond is required, and performance and payment bonds are required for individual projects over $50,000. Bidders must hold a current Idaho Public Works Contractor’s License. Bids are due by sealed submission; the four lowest responsive and responsible bidders are anticipated to receive contracts.
