Description
The project requires removal and replacement of three existing natural-gas boilers with high-efficiency condensing hot-water boilers. Work includes boiler pumps, combustion-air and flue piping, hydronic piping and connections, condensate drainage and neutralization, gas piping, electrical power wiring, controls, and integration with the university’s building management system. The contractor must coordinate the work to maintain building heat during the heating season and provide testing, startup, and commissioning of the new equipment.
