Description
The Greater Boise Auditorium District seeks a multidisciplinary consultant team for comprehensive facility planning, programming, and site test-fit work for a future public assembly, event, and convention facility. The study must establish a preliminary space program; assess site, access, infrastructure, right-of-way, land-control, and operational constraints; and develop at least four materially distinct alternatives. Alternatives must test differing land-control and right-of-way conditions, phased delivery, and a structured parking component of approximately 700 stalls. The work also includes evaluating the relationship between the proposed facility and the existing Boise Centre, including shared operations and the implications of a two-building campus. The selected consultant will provide comparative, order-of-magnitude capital cost ranges and operating implications, refine a preferred planning direction, and deliver a final study and Board decision package. The anticipated study period is approximately five months following selection, contracting, and Notice to Proceed. Respondents must submit a qualifications statement without fee or pricing information; fees will be negotiated with the highest-ranked firm after qualifications-based evaluation.
